Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Drilify subscription at any time:

• Cancel from your account settings or the customer billing portal at any time. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hidden charges.
• After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described below.

Every new account includes a 3-day free trial with limited credits - no credit card is required to start. The trial itself is never billed. If you choose a paid plan, billing starts when your checkout is completed.

We want billing to be fair. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Cancelling is not a refund: Cancelling stops renewal billing. Time you have already paid for remains available until the period ends and is not refunded pro-rata.

• Billing errors and duplicate charges: If you believe you were charged in error - for example a duplicate charge, a payment taken after a confirmed cancellation, or a technical billing error - contact us promptly with your account email and order details and we will review and refund it where the claim checks out.

• Your legal rights: Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

• Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider to the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on your payment provider or bank and is outside our control once issued.
• A fully refunded payment ends the plan access linked to it. A partial refund does not change your access for the current period.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing at any time. Tier changes take effect when the new subscription is confirmed, and your plan credits reset to the new plan's allocation. Quarterly and yearly plans are billed upfront for the full period at the discounted rate shown at checkout.

Orders, invoices, and payments inside the supplier marketplace (Beta) are agreements between you and the supplier and follow the supplier's own terms. They are separate from your Drilify subscription billing and are not covered by this policy.
