Terms of Service

At Drilify, your safety is our top priority. To protect yourself and others, please follow these guidelines:

• Do not share personal contact information: Such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles in chat. All communication should stay on the platform so we can monitor for fraudulent activity.

• Do not share external links: External links can lead to phishing sites, malware, or payment scams. If a link looks suspicious, do not click it.

• Keep all transactions on the platform: Payments made outside of Drilify are not protected by our dispute resolution system. If a user asks you to pay via an external method, report them immediately.

• Verify supplier identities: Look for the verified badge on supplier profiles. Verified suppliers have been vetted by our team.

• Report suspicious behavior: If anyone asks you to move communication off-platform, share payment details, or click suspicious links, report them to our support team immediately.

By accessing and using Drilify, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Do not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Do not share content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

All communication between users must take place through the Drilify chat system. Sharing personal contact information or external links in chat is strongly discouraged and may result in:

• Warning messages displayed in the chat interface.
• Temporary suspension of chat privileges for repeated violations.
• Permanent account suspension for serious or repeated offenses.

• Product requests are submitted by users and visible to suppliers on the platform.
• Suppliers may contact users regarding their product requests through the platform chat.
• Users mark products as "received" once a deal is completed.
• Drilify is not liable for the quality, delivery, or payment of products arranged through the platform.

Users can leave reviews for suppliers and store owners after chatting. Reviews are moderated by admins before being published. False or malicious reviews may be removed at our discretion.

Drilify provides a platform for users and suppliers to connect. We are not a party to any transactions between users and suppliers and are not responsible for the outcome of any such transactions. Users engage with suppliers at their own risk.
